Overview

Endeavour was founded in 1991 to be a local source of capital and long-term partner to leading companies in the Western United States. Today, we are investing our sixth equity fund ($675 million), and have offices in Portland, Seattle and Los Angeles. In addition to our geographic focus, we target companies in five primary industry areas, including: food and consumer, transportation and logistics, education and training, niche manufacturing and business services. Our philosophy centers around the principle of stewardship: we believe in leaving a company in better condition than when we arrived. This means treating our partners fairly, doing what we said we would do, being conservative with leverage, and emphasizing long-term value creation over short-term gains. In addition to our equity funds, Endeavour has a mezzanine debt fund (Endeavour SEAM) providing structured equity and mezzanine debt to leading middle market companies in the Western United States.
