Dietz joined Endeavour in early 2004 from Relational Advisors, a San Diego-based investment banking firm. Previously he worked with the Denver-based investment banking firm, Green Manning & Bunch.

He currently is a director at SpeeCo, Inc. and MTI-Andrews, and actively works with the senior management teams or serves as a board observer at Grand Canyon Education, Inc., Dri-Eaz Products and Policy Studies Inc.

Originally from Colorado, Dietz attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he was an academic all-conference division I tennis player. Dietz graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder and currently lives in Portland, Oregon.
