Chad is a partner in Endeavour's Los Angeles office. Chad joined Endeavour Capital from Charterhouse Group International, a New York-based private equity firm focused on middle-market transactions. Prior to Charterhouse, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch.

Chad currently sits on the boards of Grand Canyon Education, Inc., Dri-Eaz Products and Barrett-Jackson Auction Company and previously served on the boards of SpeeCo and Northwest Hotel Group.

Chad received a B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Georgetown University. Chad and his wife live in Los Angeles with their daughter and son.
