Our investment criteria include:

•	Service and manufacturing companies with “franchise value” headquartered in the Western United States
•	Companies with $25 million to $250 million in enterprise value, and higher in unique circumstances
•	EBITDA over $5 million, or smaller businesses with an established model for growth or acquisitions
•	We can invest up to $50 million of our own equity in one company, and with our partners we can commit over $100 million in equity for larger transactions

Outside our investment parameters:

•	Real estate, project finance, or emerging technology companies
