Leland is a partner in Endeavour's Los Angeles office. Prior to joining Endeavour, Leland was a consultant with Coopers & Lybrand. As part of their reorganization practice, Leland managed corporate turnarounds, bankruptcies, and M&A projects. He has also worked for a software start-up and CS First Boston. Leland is a former CPA.

Leland currently sits on the board of Network Global Logistics, LLC and previously served on the boards of Market Transport Services and the Poorman-Douglas Corporation.

Leland received an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School and a B.A. from University of California, Davis. Leland and his wife live in Los Angeles with their two sons.
