MTI, located in Hillsboro, OR, designs, manufactures, installs, and services interactive merchandising display solutions focused on the consumer electronics retail industry. Andrews, located in Santa Clarita, CA, is a distributor of consumer electronics repair parts and accessories to the in-house repair departments of major consumer electronics retailers.
Endeavour invested in MTI-Andrews in late 2007, helping to facilitate the merger of the two companies. John von Schlegell previously served on the board of directors of MTI since 2004.
