Poorman-Douglas provided outsourced processing services that supported large class action lawsuits and bankruptcy cases nationwide. The company also provided specialized printing and mailing services to governments, financial institutions and private industry.
Endeavour partnered with senior management in 2001 to purchase Poorman-Douglas from its parent company. During Endeavour's involvement, the company hired a new CFO, restructured the sales and marketing organization, and implemented an electronic workflow platform. Over the same period, the company exceeded its performance targets and paid down 100% of its acquisition debt. Endeavour exited its investment in 2004.
