Stephen Babson
Managing Director
Stephen joined Endeavour in 2002. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the food and consumer, marine transportation and business services industries. Stephen serves on the boards of Columbus Foods, Little Red Services, National Frozen Foods, Northland Transportation, Tidewater Holdings, New Seasons Market, Bristol Farms and Vigor Industrial and was previously a director of WinCo Foods and Northwest Hotel Group. In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, Stephen also serves on the boards of Columbia Sportswear Company and ESCO Corporation and is a former board member of Roseburg Forest Products.

Before joining Endeavour, Stephen was the Chairman of Stoel Rives LLP, one of the largest law firms in the Pacific Northwest. At Stoel Rives, Stephen's practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. Stephen's relationship with Endeavour, as counsel and as an investor, dates back to its formation in 1991.

Stephen has a B.A. from Stanford University, a J.D. from Stanford Law School and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He lives with his wife in Portland, Oregon, and has two sons.  more >>
Rocky Dixon
Managing Director
Rocky co-founded Endeavour in 1991. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the retail, business services and manufacturing industries. Rocky serves on the board of the Bi-Mart Corporation and was previously a Director of Deschutes River Broadcasting, Lone Star Plywood and Door and Michaels of Oregon. In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, Rocky also serves on the boards El Aero Services, Adventure Funds, and Beef Northwest. He is also the Chairman of the Kinship Trust Company and sits on the board of OHSU.

Prior to co-founding Endeavour, Rocky spent six years as the West Coast Director for Earl Kinship Capital, a diversified equity investment company that specialized in real estate, technology startups, and oil and gas exploration. In 1983, he co-founded Support Technologies, Inc., a computer-test equipment company. Rocky also spent five years in marketing and sales management at Stanley Tools

Rocky received a B.S. from the University of Oregon. He has two sons and currently lives with his wife in Asotin, Washington.  more >>
Mark Dorman
Managing Director
Mark joined Endeavour in 1998. Since that time, he has worked with companies in a broad range of industries including education and training, food, consumer products, business services and manufacturing. Mark currently serves on the boards of Grand Canyon Education, Barrett-Jackson Auction Company, Alpha Broadcasting, Providien, Nor-Cal Products and Grant Victor and was previously a Director of Policy Studies, SpeeCo, Warn Industries, The Diamond Center, Northwest Hotel Group, Classic Sport and Legend Brands. Mark is also a Trustee of Lewis & Clark College.

Prior to Endeavour, Mark was a Partner at Green Manning & Bunch, a Denver-based investment banking firm focused on mergers and acquisitions, financings and advisory work for middle market companies. Prior to joining GMB in 1991, Mark worked in the investment banking groups at Boettcher & Company (now Wells Fargo) in Denver and Morgan Stanley in New York.

Mark received a B.S. from Lewis and Clark College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He was also previously a Certified Public Accountant. Mark lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with his wife and three children.  more >>
David Goldberg
Senior Associate
David joined Endeavour in 2011. Prior to Endeavour, David was with DW Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Previously, he was part of Comerica Bank's Technology & Life Sciences division that provides debt capital for private equity and venture capital-backed companies.

David is originally from Aberdeen, WA. He received a B.A. degree in finance from the University of Washington and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago. David lives in Portland with his wife and their son.  more >>
Jake Kindrachuk
Senior Associate
Jake joined Endeavour in 2009. He is an observer on the Alpha Broadcasting and New Seasons Market Boards. Previously, Jake was an associate at Lincoln International, a Chicago-based investment banking firm, where he focused on middle-market transactions in a wide variety of industries within Lincoln’s Chicago and Frankfurt offices. Jake received a B.S. in Mathematical Business, Magna Cum Laude, from Wake Forest University. Jake resides in Portland, Oregon.  more >>
Yun Ah Lee
Associate
Yun Ah joined Endeavour in 2011. Previously, Yun Ah was an investment banker in New York at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup. As an associate at Morgan Stanley she focused on LBOs, mergers and acquisitions and public capital raising transactions in the Consumer & Retail industries. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Yun Ah was an associate at Citigroup where she focused on strategic corporate advisory engagements in a variety of industries.

Yun Ah received a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics, from the University of California, Berkeley. Yun Ah currently resides in Portland, Oregon.  more >>
John von Schlegell
Managing Director
John co-founded Endeavour in 1991 and serves as Endeavour's Managing Partner. John has worked with companies in the transportation and logistics, retail, distribution, business services, media and manufacturing industries. John currently sits on the boards of Columbia Distributing, MTI-Andrews, Network Global Logistics, Alpha Broadcasting and K2 Insurance Services. He previously served as a Director of Bi-Mart Corporation, Citadel Communications, Lone Star Plywood and Door, Market Transport, Michaels of Oregon, Poorman-Douglas, Umpqua Feather Merchants, Policy Studies and Warn Industries. In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, John also serves on several non-profit boards including The Nature Conservancy, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, and recently the Oregon State Board of Higher Education.

Before co-founding Endeavour, John was one of five General Partners at GTCR, one of the oldest and largest private equity firms in the nation. John also worked as a manager in the public sector becoming Undersecretary of Health and Human Services in Massachusetts. He also spent two years in manufacturing with Caterpillar Tractor in Aurora, Illinois.

John received an A.B. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. John is married with four children and lives in Portland, Oregon. He and his wife Fran also have a cattle ranch in Klamath County.  more >>
Todd Wolf
Senior Associate
Todd joined Endeavour in 2007. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the specialty distribution, auction and education and training industries.

Prior to joining Endeavour, Todd was an analyst at St. Charles Capital, a Denver-based investment banking firm where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising and strategic corporate advisory engagements for firms in a wide variety of industries. Todd also worked in the Technology Investment Banking group at KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Todd received a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from Colorado State University. Todd currently resides in Portland, Oregon.   more >>
