Prior to co-founding Endeavour, John was one of five General Partners at GTC, a private equity firm based in Chicago.

Prior to GTC, John worked in the public sector in Massachusetts as the Undersecretary for Health and Human Services. John also worked in manufacturing at Caterpillar Tractor in Aurora, Illinois.

John currently sits on the boards of Columbia Distributing Company, Policy Studies Inc., Network Global Logistics, LLC and MTI-Andrews. He also serves on the Oregon State Board of Higher Education.

John received an A.B. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School. John is married with four children and lives in Portland.
