Bradaigh works in Endeavour's Seattle office. Prior to joining Endeavour, Bradaigh was an associate at Fenway Partners, a New York-based private equity firm focused on middle-market transactions. There she worked on several investments in the consumer and retail spaces. Prior to Fenway, Bradaigh was an analyst at The Beacon Group, a private equity and mergers and acquisitions advisory firm in New York.

Bradaigh is currently an observer on the board of Columbus Foods and National Frozen Foods.

Bradaigh received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
