Leland joined Endeavour in 2000 in Portland and later opened the Firm’s Los Angeles office in 2006. Over the years Leland has worked with companies in transportation and logistics, business services, specialty retail, and the insurance and financial services industries. Leland currently serves on the boards of Berkeley Research Group, Impact Fulfillment Services, Visual Data Media Services, and Dynamic Aerostructures.

Prior to Endeavour, Leland was a member of Coopers & Lybrand’s consulting practice in San Francisco where he worked on corporate turnaround assignments, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisition due diligence and integration projects. Prior to that, Leland worked in Coopers & Lybrand’s accounting practice.

Leland received an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an A.B. from University of California, Davis. In addition to his roles at Endeavour, Leland is on the board of the South Pasadena Educational Foundation and is a member of the Pasadena chapter of YPO. Leland grew up in the Bay Area and now lives with his wife and two sons in South Pasadena, California.
